Patty is the owner of Across Country Real Estate and a licensed agent and broker in Pennsylvania and New York. She is also a licensed insurance agent with Erie Insurance and Hussar Insurance, a licensed appraiser trainee, and a certified real estate instructor. Patty holds multiple real estate designations, including Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Having learned the real estate business from the ground up, Patty is closely involved in the recruitment, training, and day-to-day oversight of her team members and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with them.
